Our Philosophies

  • Recognising the sacred.

Weddings are the most intimate yet public form of self expression and we will always regard it as an absolute honour to be a part of anyone’s special day.

  • Everything should be centred around what the couple wants.

You’re investing your heart and soul into your wedding day, as well as a significant amount of money. We’ll do everything we possibly can to ensure you have what you want and refuse to let ego or personal taste get in the way of that.

  • Integrity and transparency.

The wedding industry can feel overwhelming as there seem to be so many ways couples can be caught out with complicated pricing models and hidden costs. We want to contribute to a growing movement which encourages pricing transparency. Every couple we work with will pay the same within each calendar year.

  • Mindful consumerism.

We aim to source vintage and second-hand, as well as re-purpose, as much as possible, not only to benefit your budget but also to minimise waste. We love to find local and independently owned businesses to work with for our weddings.

  • No such thing as over-thinking.

Our role is to think everything through as thoroughly as possible, communicate clearly and get stuck in the detail. We endeavour to do the hard work upfront to avoid last-minute rushes and stresses.

  • Beauty is divinity

Caring about how everything looks and feels on the day does not take away from the sanctity of marriage. Your wedding is an expression of your highest selves and a reflection of the lives you lived together, and will live together, as a couple.
