For those drawn to celebrating somewhere with a sense of place, where the setting becomes part of the experience, not just the backdrop.
Some weddings unfold over several days, others exist within a single, carefully held moment. We work across both, shaping experiences that feel immersive, considered and easy to move through as a guest.
Having lived and worked across Europe, we understand the cultural nuances that shape how different regions operate, from pace and etiquette to expectations around hospitality, allowing us to approach each location with sensitivity and lived experience.
Beyond the creative, we manage the layers that make destination weddings feel seamless in practice. Travel, accommodation, timings, transitions, guest movement, the parts that are often underestimated but define how the celebration is remembered in reality.
Each celebration is built from the ground up. The location, the teams involved, the structure of events, all shaped in response to the vision and needs, rather than pulled from a template or generic list of recommended suppliers.
Our role is to bring direction to something that can otherwise feel enigmatic, firmly balancing both the creative and logistical elements to achieve an assured coherence.
-
We see ourselves as a boutique creative studio, and we’re as intentional about who we work with as any couple should be.
Rather than capping the number of weddings we support per year, we instead focus on how many clients we’re working with at any one time, ensuring we have the capacity to be present and engaged.
For a wedding planning journey to be smooth, there needs to be alignment in taste, values, expectations and in how experiences should feel.
The wedding industry can feel like an ambiguous minefield; conflicting advice, false urgency, a constant barrage of ‘trends’ and lists of what to do or not to do.
We’re unapologetically client-centric in how we operate. We’ll delve into how things actually work, flag anything that doesn’t sit right and share honest observations about the teams and processes involved, even if that means breaking the fourth wall.
Our role is not just to plan, but to lead. To bring structure, clarity and a steady point of view through carefully designed processes and ways of working, whilst advocating for the couples who’ve placed their trust in us.
Alongside firm creative direction, we manage the detail that underpins everything, from contracts and negotiations to payment tracking and operational planning, so the process remains clear and controlled from start to finish.

Design to us is beyond reference images or curated Pinterest boards.
It’s about understanding how you want your wedding to feel, and translating that into something cohesive, layered and reflective of your personality.
We draw from a range of influences, from fashion, interiors, film and personal heritage, weaving together past references and present identity to curate something that feels grounded yet nuanced.
We look at the full picture. Spatial flow, energy, pacing, how guests move, where things build, where they pause. It’s as much about what happens between moments as the moments themselves.
From the beginning, we spend time getting to know you properly. Your taste, your references, your dynamics. That becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
What we create isn’t trend-led, and it isn’t something that could be replicated or lifted elsewhere. It reflects you, your history, your perspective, and exists only in that context.
-
We have a natural affinity for beautiful places with history and a story, drawing inspiration from classic films, art and movements, archival research and iconic cultural moments.
When visiting a space, we imagine styling moments that highlight the charm of a venue whilst reflecting each project’s core design principles.
Nothing is added without intention. Each element is chosen to sit within the space in a way that feels elevated and distinctive, not competing for attention but contributing to a broader scene.
Our services are a strong match for those who truly appreciate unique set-ups complimented by vintage accents.
We have an insatiable passion for sourcing unique and hard to find pieces to pull a vision together, as well as an extensive in-house collection of antique and vintage decorative items, which are exclusively available to clients we work with. This service isn’t offered as standalone and we therefore don’t maintain a catalogue. Instead, we focus on curating selections which reflect the personality and vision of each event.
We aim to offer a trained eye and clear point of view, an ability to translate taste into something tangible and resolved in a way that feels rare and true to those we work with.
The result is a setting that feels connected to both the space and the couple, never cookie-cutter and impossible to be recreated in exactly the same way again.

As weddings are so personal in nature, if we were to work together we would become a part of each others lives.
We always have introductory calls and like to see mood boards before providing any quotes.
Every proposal we share is bespoke and we’re motivated to ensure working together would mutually be the best fit creatively, financially and energetically.
-
After you get in touch, we’ll reach out to set up a video meeting.
When we connect we’ll want to get to know all about you, your tastes and desires and what you’d be looking for from us.
We’ll get into the detail to learn what you do and don’t want us to help you with, so you’re able to dictate your expectations upfront.
We’re open to this being over a couple of sessions, as we’re really motivated to ensure you’re confident we’re the best fit.
-
A few days following our meeting, we’ll send you a bespoke proposal with a customised package breakdown and an initial quote.
You’ll be able to review of all the services we expect to be providing you based on our discussion. Our quotes are always structured as all-inclusive upfront fees with no VAT, covering travel, accommodation and expenses.
At this stage, some couples like to jump on another call to discuss all of the details and clarify any caveats or assumptions.
If you confirm you’d like to go ahead, we’ll send an invoice for the deposit and a contract to sign. Once all of the paperwork is sorted, you’ll be officially booked in.
-
We approach our fees similar to a creative agency or interior design studio, where no two projects are ever the same and the scope is understood upfront in order to quote accordingly.
In an effort to contribute to increased pricing transparency and refrain from bias within the planning journey, we charge flat rates as opposed to operating on an evolving percentage based model.
Proposals are shared after an introductory video call and are comprehensive according to the scope outlined.
Because of this, we don’t have guide rates and are unable to share quotes before understanding the scope and vision of an event.
This is also to ensure rates are as fair as possible for all involved, without a full breakdown we risk over or under quoting based on assumptions. If we underquote upfront, it will lead to additional fees further down the line.
Fees are based on the complexity of a wedding or event, such as; the date, the number of guests, the location, the amount of suppliers we’ll be bringing in, the expertise and professionalism of any vendors already booked, whether there are any adjacent events (e.g. rehearsal dinner/day after de-brief), how long we’ll be working together, how extensive the sourcing process will be, the level of styling required (e.g. installations requiring additional equipment on-site) and overall alignment around values, guest experience and approach (e.g. ‘DIY’ of major elements which should be executed by professional services).
As a general guide, our rates can equate to between 10-20% of the overall wedding budget (excluding planning and design fees).
-
As we love to work on celebrations that are aligned creatively and energetically, we don’t have strict minimum budgets and avoid strict guardrails which could alienate us from an opportunity to work on great events which are mutually a good fit.
That being said, we generally recommend an overall wedding budget of approximately £/€ 1,000 per guest to truly benefit from our services and ensure there’s enough room to implement creative and innovative experiences.
As a studio, our skill and value lies in curating an event with suppliers and resources which help to bring a vision to life. We of course always look to work within a reasonable budget and seek efficiencies wherever possible, however we’re not the best fit for projects where the design and creative desires are already in tension with the budget.
If you have a set budget for planning, design or styling services, you’re welcome to share this upfront and we’d be happy to advise whether this would be in line with our typical proposals for something of a similar size or level of complexity.
Some friendly advice which extends to outside of just considering whether to work with us… sharing a lower budget upfront than a wedding has assigned in reality does not lead to lower rates, it has the opposite effect, as we’ll assume more work will be required to source financially viable supplier options within constrained circumstances and that the overall level of quality for the event will be harder to maintain. -
To provide our couples with agency to make decisions about what would best suit the needs of their day, we avoid quoting for the unknown upfront.
This usually pertains to additional support through events assistants, increased hours of coverage, on-site labourers and stationery design/digital assets.
Further information on how this works is shared alongside proposals, however broadly, we prefer to see how the planning evolves and surface various options to couples once we’re sure what’s actually needed.
-
Depending on the nature of the proposal and amount of time working together, payments are typically split into 2 to 4 phases with fees for each phase of working together required upfront.
We accept payment either by direct bank transfer or by credit card via PayPal (where the 2.9% transaction fees are covered by the client).
As is standard within the wedding industry, deposits are non-refundable and act as retainers for the date being held and refusal of other business opportunities.
